NTU Apprenticeship Award

RJA Consultants are passionate about working hard not only to recruit the best, but also to provide the training and opportunities to ensure all members of the team are confident and motivated.

We are fully committed to training the next generation of Quantity Surveyors and dedicate a lot of time to our apprentices. This commitment is the reason that RJA has been nominated as Outstanding Apprentice Employer of the Year by Nottingham Trent University for the second year running.

Dr Andrew King of NTU stated:

“RJA’s apprentices benefit from a dedicated pastoral mentor and a professional/technical mentor in conjunction with monthly reviews and regular technical briefings. Apprentices are treated as key members of the team whose value contribution is recognised and who are encouraged to aspire to senior positions in future. RJA have cultivated a close working relationship with NTU and are particularly responsive and proactive” 

RJA currently employ five apprentices at various stages of the 5-year course and will be welcoming three more in summer 2022.
