Administration Assistant (Nottingham)

We require a skilled and organised Administration Assistant to support the Nottingham Office with various office administrative tasks, including typing of minutes and reports.

Administration Assistant (Nottingham) Responsibilities

  • Audio type minutes, Clerk of Works reports and documentation within required timescales
  • Ensure workload trackers are updated accurately
  • Reception duties including the greeting of visitors
  • Provide an exceptional level of service to all clients, contacts, and fellow colleagues
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional manner and forwarding calls and messages to colleagues
  • Maintain organisational systems
  • The above is not an exhaustive list of duties, and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall objectives of the business.

Administration Assistant (Nottingham) Requirements

  • Experienced audio typist desirable
  • High level of attention to details and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication skills across a range of stakeholders
  • Highly proficient in the Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Demonstrable experience of working as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt as the business continues to expand
